Line 03 · Apps & owned properties

Products built end to end, not just designed.

Four live properties of our own: two map apps, an industrial news site and a used-equipment store. They're the working proof for what we'll build for a client — and two of them reach the same buyers our auction clients are trying to reach.

Trekmark

trekmark.app · Pin it. Rate it. Share it.

A trip planner built on the map itself. Search nearby by category or drop a pin by hand, rate and rank each stop, add photos and notes, and keep the whole itinerary in one place.

Behind it: accounts, photo storage, and cross-device sync, so a trip started on a phone in a parking lot is on the laptop that evening. Share a trip by link and anyone can open it with no account at all — and copy it as the start of their own.

Keith's Map

keithsmap.com · All transit. One map. One app.

Live beach transit for the Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach corridor. Two operators run the same road with near-identical vehicles, so the map tells them apart by shape and colour, tracks trolleys as they move, and answers the only question a rider has: what's coming, and is it going my way?

Route lines come from authoritative county GIS data rather than hand-tracing, every stop in the corridor is on the map, and it installs to a phone like an app.

Fanuc Express

fanucexpress.com · Used FANUC equipment

An e-commerce business started in 2020, selling used FANUC equipment on Shopify. Sourcing, listing, merchandising and fulfilment — the whole operation, not just the front end.

It's the clearest answer to whether industrial e-commerce advice here is theoretical: this is a store that has to actually convert and ship.

The Industrial Digest

theindustrialdigest.com · Industrial news

A news site for engineers, plant managers and procurement people: manufacturing, automation, robotics, AI, machinery sales, industrial auctions and scrap. Aggregated continuously, reviewed editorially, and organised by the categories those readers actually work in.

It's also a distribution channel. An auction marketed here can be surfaced to an audience already reading about industrial equipment — not a rented list.

Client app work

What we take on.

Small, well-defined products — the kind with one clear job, a real user in mind, and a reason to exist beyond a feature list. Location and mapping is where we're strongest: geographic data, spatial search, points of interest, and live feeds like real-time vehicle positions and arrivals.

Design and build happen in the same hands, so there's no handoff gap. The interface and the thing underneath it get decided together, which is usually why small products ship at all.

Typical engagements

  • Take an idea from sketch to a working first release
  • Rebuild an internal tool that outgrew its spreadsheet
  • Add mapping, live-tracking or location features to something that already exists
  • Publish a content or aggregation site that runs itself day to day
  • Ongoing releases and maintenance after launch
